STALLS INFORMATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

All payments must be received no later than Friday 22nd July 2016.

Once payments have been received a stalls information sheet will be sent out with confirmation of your stall/pitch at the event.

Selling of alcohol is prohibited, as we have a contract for the alcoholic bar for the event.

Selling of Legal Highs, and Psychoactive Substances, is prohibited as per our safeguarding policy and terms and conditions of our markets licence.

Be mindful that this is a child friendly family event, so selling of sexual aids, whilst permitted must be hidden out of the view of children at all times.

All litter must be either deposited appropriately in the bins/skips provided.

The event has a NO GLASS policy, so selling of drinks must be in a plastic or can form, or transferred into plastic glasses.

Money Handling, if you are a stall holder that intends to sell items, we suggest that you make arrangements for appropriate money handling at the event, as this will not be covered by the Events Insurance, nor will Pride Sheffield take any personal responsibility.  

Pride Sheffield will not take any responsibility for any damage to your property that is not caused directly by a member of its team.

Pride Sheffield will also not take any responsibility for your personal belongings; we suggest that you bring minimal amount of personal belongings to the event.

We ask that you respect the site stewards and stall co-ordinator on the day off the event.

Allocation of your stall will be done prior to the event, but allocated to you on the day, please the position that you have been allocated at the event.
