How much is entry to the event ?

 

The event is completely FREE to attend. The event does however cost to put on and there will be collections on the day so please feel free to give whatever you can afford to help support the event and ensure we can return each year.

 

Can we bring a barbecue ?

 

Yes - Barbecues are permitted as long as they are raised so they don't burn the grass so please remember to bring a stand or tiles / bricks to place it on.

 

How can I get involved ?

 

The event is run by a small group of community volunteers. There are lots of opportunities to get involved both in planning and fundraising before the event, helping out on the day by stewarding or assisting with setting up and/or clearing away. Please get in touch at pinknic@lgbtsheffield.co.uk
